Flying Cloud Institute is looking for caring, inspired women with an interest in science and working with youth to run after school Girls Science Clubs in elementary and middle schools across the county. We will set you up with dynamic hands-on activities, recruit high school youth to act as your assistants, and bring in STEM volunteers to work with the members of your Club. Clubs are held after school for grades 3-8 and run weekly. Each session is 8-10 weeks long. Join a creative team of educators and scientists to bring vital programs to the next generation of young women in science, building a learning community of youth as they develop their identities as young scientists and engineers. It makes a big impact, and it’s a lot of FUN!
