  • Responsible for greeting customers as they come and go from the dispensary in a pleasant manner.
  • Verify customer IDs and ensure customers meet security requirements.
  • Tasked with controlling the traffic and flow of customers.
  • Responsible for communicating daily specials and promotions to customers.
  • Ability to explain our Rewards program and assist interested customers with registering.
  • Patrol parking lot to ensure compliance rules are being followed.
  • Stay up to date on cannabis rules and regulations set forth by the CCC.
  • Remaining compliant with established policies and procedures both for internal and state compliance.
  • Handle difficult customers in a professional manner.
  • Answering the phone and responding to basic dispensary inquiries, as well as taking messages and/or fielding calls to appropriate dispensary staff members.
  • Undergo continuing education and improvement training programs paid for and facilitated by the company.

  • Customer Service experience a must.
  • Security experience preferred.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive, tedious tasks without error.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make adequate judgements as necessary.
  • Working understanding of compliance and legality.
  • Base knowledge about cannabis.
  • Dependability, emotional control, professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to follow instructions while managing multiple tasks.
  • Fluent reporting skills.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must be able to meet all shift requirements with regularity, predictability and consistency.


Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

The Greeter must be able to stand for long periods of time with appropriate breaks. Greeters must be tolerant of the weather and elements, as their primary position is outside. Greeter will also assist in setting up and moving products around the facility and must be able to lift 50 pounds.
