  •  Learn the lineup of The Pass (cannabis and CBD lines) and partner products
  • Understand the competition and the cannabis market
  • Become familiar with The Pass’ brand, mission and message
  • Work with marketing + wholesale teams to help increase sales in the territory
  • Work in partnership with wholesale department to provide direct support on the road and in stores
  • Maintain a weekly schedule of appointments and database contacts in the territory. Familiarity with a CRM is a plus (Repsly)
  • Create suggestions/strategies for events and markets to support wholesale and brand
  • Visit retail locations to inform and influence staff and customers
  • Host promotional events at third-party dispensaries to represent The Pass
  • Represent The Pass at scheduled pop-up events, trade shows, conventions, and other local events
  • Produce reports on each event, communicating audience data and other factors
  • Represent and sell Pass CBD products at farmers markets and other local events
  • Build relationships with budtenders, sales teams, brands, and key industry leaders in the field
  • Distribute Pass promotional items and materials
  • Field questions pertaining to the brand and its products
  • Host budtender training sessions on The Pass brand
  • Collect and communicate staff and customer feedback and report to management
  • Schedule time with store management to discuss the impact of events and products on their business
  • Handle all non-inventory items as if they were cash
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relations

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Prior retail, sales, events, marketing, ambassador, or other related experience
  • Passionate about the cannabis industry and willingness to learn
  • Willingness to travel to multiple locations per day and up to five days a week
  • An outgoing personality with a love for helping people
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A valid Driver's License
  • Ability to regularly lift 50+lbs
  • Commitment to work evenings and weekends
  • A track record of success
  • Research and data organization skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Effective at time management, detail oriented, highly organized, and motivated by accomplishment
  • This position requires long periods of standing and/or sitting
  • This position will require about 80% travel and 20% office work (flexible location), with travel reimbursement
  • Must be able to meet all shift requirements with regularity, predictability and consistency


  • Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
  • Long periods of prolonged standing and sitting
  • Some crouching or holding uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time
  • Requires bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
